Brice Cambas

Brice Cambas has been named Senior Vice President – Director for Texas. Cambas brings extensive experience in national security, energy, business management, and public policy.

Cambas previously served as President of Blackrock Mineral Holdings, LLC, and as CEO of PAXV, Inc. As Founder and CEO of BC1 Partners, he has led multi-sector initiatives supporting U.S. national security objectives. Cambas earned a B.A. from Rhodes College and a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans and has been a past president and charter member of the Downtown Rotary Club of Houston—the fastest-growing Rotary Club globally.

Cambas will drive state-level expansion, local partnerships, and new business opportunities to support nuclear energy development and clean energy policy across Texas.
